We're property owners and investors ourselves. Over 90% of our managed portfolio is commercial. We're not a residential-first company that added commercial as a side service. Our reporting, financial oversight, and operational approach are built for investment property owners who expect rigor and accountability.

What does your financial reporting look like?

Owners receive monthly statements with income, expense, and distribution detail. Expenses are itemized and documented. We also provide maintenance cost reporting and year-end summaries. Our co-founder Chris Hyder is a CPA — financial transparency is a core part of how we operate, not an add-on.

How do you handle maintenance?

Tenant requests are received and dispatched to vetted local vendors. We oversee the work, document the scope and cost, and report back to owners. Emergency repairs are handled around the clock when needed.

How do you screen tenants?

We run a consistent screening process for every applicant — credit, background, income or business verification, and rental or lease history. Commercial applicants are evaluated on business financials, operating history, and the principals behind the business as well.
